Aiah for Workplace Chat
Setup Guide

Introduction
This quickstart guide focuses on installing an Aiah chatbot to Workplace Chat by Facebook.
Prerequisites
- Administrator access to Workplace
- Registered account in Aiah
Note: If you don’t have an account registered in Aiah, please sign up here. Select Studio as the solution.
Installation Steps

6.Click Log In
You will be redirected to the Bot List.
Step 2: Build bot
In the Bot List, click Build Bot.
You will be redirected to the Bot Setup.

Step 3: Set up integration
- In the Bot Setup, enter the name of your bot
- Select Workplace Chat as the integration platform
- Click Install
You will be redirected to Workplace where a modal of your integration details will be displayed.
Step 4: Add bot to Workplace
- (Optional) Click Customize to edit your integration logo, name or description
- (Optional) Add your bot to group Note: “All groups” is selected by default.
- Click Add to Workplace
After completing the steps, your bot will be installed to Workplace. You will be redirected to the Chatbot Studio to start designing your bot flows.

- In the On-Click Flow, add conversation flows and chat elements to your bot
- Click the Publish icon, then Save and Publish

Step 5: Design conversation flows
- In the Bot Setup, enter the name of your bot
- Select Workplace Chat as the integration platform
- Click Install
You will be redirected to Workplace where a modal of your integration details will be displayed.
Step 6: Test bot
- Search for the bot name on Workplace Chat
- Click Get Started

- In the On-Click Flow, add conversation flows and chat elements to your bot
- Click the Publish icon, then Save and Publish
